Yes, please, can you make a 32bits version of it ?

Liquify is an awesome tool on PS, there's a plugin for Paint.NET from the pyrochild plugin pack :
http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=7291
that emulate very nicely how good PS Liquify is. It's the major reason i still have Paint.NET on my system :D

This works excellent through GIMP>Shellout.py also. :)
Shellout exports the image to paint.net you edit there and save and close paint.net.
The file is exported back with all the changes. :bigthup

I really love Shellout (thanks to Rob A for that fine jewel). :)

Yes. I hope it works. It's an older one...

I compiled Gimp-2.9.1 from git and found "Warp Transform".
It's got an icon in the form of a spiral.
There's no help I can find.
You can make funny effects with it but to me it works rather unpredictable.
On the bottom of the Gimp Window you see something like hitting Enter but sometimes things change
sometimes nothing happens.
This compile works quite slow though.
Gerard.

So i wonder if Parthas portable 2.9 has it?
Git pull from Jan 18 2015.
http://partha.com/downloads/Gimp-2.9-64bit-portable.exe

Hmmm, the portable seems to be missing cairo dll files.

Of course, it has. The new warp tool is a tool, not a plugin.
And, as all tools, it is in the gimp executable, for windows, in the gimp-2.9.exe.
It is as unstable and experimental, as the whole 2.9.

Yup but i can't get either one to run. The install nor the portable. Ah well. :)
Maybe it's a windows 8 thing?

Thank you, unfortunately it's not working for me, i get a
Quote:
The procedure entry point __printf__ could not be located in the dynamic link library libintl-8.dll

when Gimp is trying to load the liquify.exe

As i see several people had already downloaded that file and none reported the same problem, it may be something with my install as i have many other plugins (though all working) and maybe there's a conflict with liquify.exe somehow, so no need to lose your time into that.

I'll just check that shellout plugin Rod is mentionning , i remember reading a mention or two on that board about it, time to get it working, it sounds great.

@Hatti
thanks a lot!

@Brogun
yes, I had the same problem, but among various versions of the dll in my PC I found one in the Inkscape library which works. I copy here (zipped) for your convenience

Make sure you place this dll and the liquify executable in a separate folder and point Edit>Pref>Folders>Plug-ins to it so GIMP uses that particular dll file for that plug-in. Otherwise some other plug-in requiring a different version may quit working.
This is best to do for any executable that has it's own dll files packaged with it's download file.
