Got the link from Slashdot. I like the ideal of node editing as some here already know. It would mean that I can make my own filters without knowing how to code. Anyway, thought I would share the link here. :)

It's good to know there's some really awesome people working on keeping Gimp to a high standard.
The future looks bright,
given this article's perspective.
Funding will always be an issue for any open source projects.
