Hi all , this is the final release for the 2.6.X branch. Gimp Paint Studio 1.5 is finally here. It comes with lot of new things. lets see what we have now. the more detailed list is in the more info.

Don't confuse GPS with Gimpainter, GPS include series of brush gradients and preset,
Gimpainter is a modified version of gimp,modified to give more support for painting

The 2 combine very well togheter, let say are synergistic, and combine well also with MyPaint (and with a graphic tablet )

i believed gimptalk using compatible tags...it was a very bad surprise when i saw the mess i did,

but Willy fixed in a few minutes...Hopefully before Ramon Miranda/The Shock could notice what i have done to the carefully crafted layout of its presentation

Ahh don't worry about it, I do believe this is the Mix between IP .Board and phpBB
They use a different type of tag system and well thats what happens

Great. Thanks Willy and PC. The opening post looks great now. Will try it out on a portable version of GIMP.

Been meaning to do a shout out video to several people/resources and will include GPS in it too. Just don't know when I get the time to prepare and record it yet.

Just another shout out about Ramon's offerings, also geared at tutorials for making your own MyPaint brushes, etc. More tutorials will be offered as translations are forthcoming. Currently they are in Spanish.

I used Google Translate successfully with the PDF, but it removes the images after translation. I am very happy to see these tutorials coming forward just as I start to experiment with MyPaint. Bamboo tablet works great with it!

how do i download it i mean i downloaded but now wut?

ok i got the rest done but on the tool options do i drag that to the script folder ?

No just copy the contents to the tool options folder

there is no tool options folder dude i only have the patterns and all the other ones accept tool option folder and i think i should drag it to the script folder but not sure i still have my gimp windows open

Mine is located here C:\Documents and Settings\myUsername\.gimp-2.6\tool-options
I do not know which platform you use so i have no idea where your folder is.Most likely in your user docs gimp-2.6\ sub directory.
