Asking about using the Mac version...Anyone know if I would need to rename my old gimp and related folders in order for this to download and work? I read on another thread that 2.10 might overwrites the old gimp and/or grabs related folders leading to some duplications that prevent it from working right.

Thanks, now I can leave 2.8 series behind. Don't care if some old scripts and 32-bit .exe plugins don't run anymore.
Found the old gmic favorite settings automatically.

Been using the Portable Version with Windows 10 x64 for a few days. So far no big issues, thank you for this version of Gimp.
