This is the first time Samj version doesn't work for me.
What's the cause ?

It is working fine for me, althought I have only done limited testing. GMIC is also working.

Thank you very much for the tests.

I tried again on another computer (Windows 10 Home 64bit with the latest update) - same error (gimp does not start):
"gimp-2.10.exe caused an Illegal Instruction in module libgegl-0.4-0.dll".

I am confused because the version Gimp-2.10.12_Portable-32-64bit-Win-V2 works without a problem.
I will have to wait for the next version - because "stupid" substitution of libgegl-0.4-0.dll (from 2.10.12 to 2.10.13) creates more errors.

The problem (for some computers) has been solved.

A new version Gimp-2.10.13_Portable-32-64bit-Win-V2 is available (plugin WMF 0.2.8.4 is already installed).

Do you believe that the number thirteen is unlucky?
The problem for my computers is still identical (and the probable reason lies in their "non-factory" structure).
