Installed.
After many uses without errors, I got the first one in the function "browse patterns", activated by clicking on a pattern parameter in a filter.
If someone else has installed it, and if (s)he has a filter with a "browse" patterns parameter (not mine, preferably), could (s)he double-check?
Here what I get:

Different system, but similar error when trying to select gradient. All plugins seem to be effected.
Code: Select all
attempted to install procedure "temp-procedure-number-1" with invalid parameter name "gradient width".

Apparently the "width" part is invalid.

I can also confirm a bug in Gimp 2.10.16 from gimp.org.
Another fatal version - two steps back :gaah

Indeed it's there but still not on GIMP.org's main site. Wonder why they've not updated the website yet? May install it after my weekend shift (next Tuesday); going to see if others experience issues or not. lolol

...as long as you do not have to select a pattern, or a gradient, or a palette...used by a filter

I think you are right MareroQ. I was wondering why the newest AppImage is 2.10.17 and not 2.10.16. I guess they are just going to jump over that one. It's not a big issue for me, because I rarely change the default settings on plugins. I'm sure other people will have issues with it however.

I guess people will have to go through the trouble of editing their favorite scripts again. :roll:
