OK, I was able to fix tools\test-clipboard.c
by undefining G_DISABLE_DEPRECATED like that:

#include "config.h"
#undef G_DISABLE_DEPRECATED
#include <errno.h>
...

in my build it had no problem with
gimp-git-master was used official release version(Dec. 11)
gegl source tarball Dec. 12 #331
glib : 2.31.2
gtk+ : 2.24.8
gdk-pixbuf : 2.24.0
pango : 1.29.4
atk : 1.32.0

There is a ATK 2.2.0 out now :)
Going to try that.

James is GEGL and the Cage Transform Tool working in your compile? Also did you compile for Windows?

Instead of adding this to every include that deprecates as there are many atk/includes that do, i wonder if you could do something like this in the configure line?

Maybe by Thursday morning as it is compiling without errors now with the new atk installed.

I think they already added it everywhere as needed, but only missed that one place.

But I decided to update glib to 2.31.2 which doesn't have that problem, apparently.

and it works fine.
