The 32-bit part is compiled by Jernej Simoncic (SourceForge).

This version can run on a USB key.
The plugins compiled in 32bit or 64bit can run on this version.
You must start Gimp by clicking on a .bat file
This archive will be available a few days.
Some plugins are installed:
- Partha plugins.
- UFRaw
- GMIC 64-bit beta.

The normal 64-bit version is compiled by Jernej Simoncic (SourceForge).
This version is compiled by Partha.
Here the difference.

Speaking of the 64-bit version from Jernej, where can I find it. I looked on sourceforge and only find -dev and -debug of the 64bits. If I remember correctly it should auto detect and install that version correct?

Version detects if the environment is 32bit or 64bit.

Sam the new master has the UserFilter gimprc fix.So more than one entry can be listed.
Did Partha recompile 32 bit too? Or isn't that the same build?

I have the one with the file size bug fixed. But userfilter still doesn't stay put in gimprc file.

The utility "maringouin" modifies the file "gimprc" (language and/or PhotoComix options).
I can add an option if it seems useful.
Just tell me what to do.

Here is the fix, but i no longer use your version Sam just Parthas is installed now.
I uninstalled all versions except Parthas Gimp-2.8 32 bit
