Bonjour,

This version has no error message.
The archive contains binaries 32-bit and 64-bit for Windows and Linux (tested on Gimp 2.8).

@Esper

What is the problem?
You just open the archive to look at the example and try ...
It is not more difficult than that.

Cool samj; just updated the tut again and linked here. Nice to not have the error, but that error was there long before you compiled it for 64-bit so it's nice that no more errors exists with this cool plugin.

To Esper; it can be used to create cool gingham fabrics (or tartan fabrics) as well as heal small errors inside the selection. Been using this plugin (on and off) literally since the good ol' 1.2x days. :)

If you put the plugin i your plugin's folder, it's under Filters>Misc. Gram. :)

Try making a selection around what you are erasing

As Molly said, Intelligum uses selections to do it's task. Without a selection, nothing will happen. :)

I just tried it and it works great.
I made a selection around two letters, then ran the filter
and it removed the two letters.

Intelligum takes what it finds in the edge of the selection and links the two. If you tick both horizontal and vertical, if the color changes are drastic enough, you get a blurred grid like pattern. To be useful, you have to experiment with Intelligum. Another name for it was Magic Erasure and if the selection is small enough, it can be. :)

there is no problem, samj

i just liked your Noise filter and thus i check threads with your name on it

this has a download, but no info

is it too much to ask for one sentence that says
"This is X, it does Y." ?

Thanks samj,
Works fine here.

Too bad the "Smart Remove Selection" plugin doesn't work any more.
With that you could do wonders removing unwanted large objects in photographs.

Gerard.

Yes; Intelligum has it's limits and it depends on the object. Intelligum is much faster then heal though and for the owl tut, heal gave me a much of garbage. lol

It works perfectly with a plain background but sucks with a busy background. I think resythesizer is the best for these things.
