Archive : speedline-0.1.1.samj-32bits-64bits-Win.zip
I changed the sources for the plug-in because it called functions Cairo that do not exist. The plug-in is recompiled for Windows.

Oregonian, Filters->Render->Line Nova... does almost the same effect. So, if this isn't working for you, you have a workaround...

What is this plug-in Python? Do you have a link? :tyspin
(Plugins by this author are written in C).
