A single image is a problem. Gmic_gimp can make a LUT - just a png file - but requires 2 layers. Maybe something like this:

There are utilities to do this.
https://generator.iwltbap.com Just had a look there, I have not used for some time and there is a new version. A PITA to download, does work, I run it in linux using WINE and it does make the .cube ( a big text file ) from the png.
