Need help GIMP stopped working completely

App crash info above. I have cleaned registry, restored my PC, uninstalled and attempted to reinstall three different versions of GIMP, one at a time. None will open. I do have many fonts and have extra brushes. Nothing is different except I added 10 new fonts. After that, it will not start, open, or open any xcf files. I am an old woman and really need help. I am not educated in technology and the info above leaves me clueless. I have been working on GIMP for a year and other than crashes have not had this issue. It simply stopped working. GIMP is my passion and the my days are empty without it. Kind thanks for your help.

Rename your Gimp profile.

Yes.
As ofnuts has said.
By renaming the current GIMP User Profile.
Once GIMP is relaunched,
it should create a new User Profile.
With GIMP launched and running,
you can test to see if doing this fixed the issue.
