Gimp - correct one to download for a 32-bit laptop

None say 32-bit.

Then, I'd like to add the heal selection tool.

Can you pls. share the link to the download for that?

I'm trying to recall if I first have to download some Python application?

Has anyone on this list used Revo-Uninstaller to uninstall GIMP?

I have to uninstall an old GIMP version to then install the new download and was reading Revo is more thorough then CCleaner to uninstall programs in Windows.
