Brush flipping horizontally and vertically

Hello fellow Painters. I am looking for a way to utilize the dynamic brush options provided with gimp to flip a big brush 1024x1024 to all sides randomly, to create a nice pattern. I was doing it with the flip image trick. Painting the face first and then flipping it on the backside to simulate a flipped brush.

Now, is there a script or some brush mapping matrix that can do this?

You can change the angle of the brush.
Also you could try "track direction" dynamic. I use it for stroking paths, especially borders but have noticed if the dynamic is on and I want my brush to be steady it moves around in all directions.
