Hi, i need help. im currently creating a logo and am having trouble finding a youtube tutorial or any help online on how to interlace a single letter.
i found a youtube video on interlacing two letters together, but not for one.
long story short, i want to interlace the strokes on a cursive upper case L where the top stroke is over the main stroke and the bottom stroke is behind the main stroke.
please help!!
font type is "lost in wild" its just one letter. L.

You need the Knotter program if you cannot do it with paths

You say you can do it with two letters. I presume this is done with a layer mask on the top layer.
For a single letter:
Duplicate the text layer so that you have the top character directly above the lower one. Put a layer mask on the top layer. (Maybe a mask on the lower layer as well, depends on your character.) Now the method is the same as for two letters.

Thanks for all the replies, but i dont think any help.
this is what im trying to do, in the middle of the "O", the L has two strokes that intersect with the main downward stroke, i want the top stroke to be over and the bottom stroke to be under.

So it is with 2 letters? I thought you only wanted one done. Looks ok to me.

Just need to erase some black. I did it with paths and layer mask (xcf attached)
NB: Export as png as jpg does not support transparency.
