Hey I have page curl 2.2 64 bit and I want to install it in gimp 2.8 but it's not working what ever I do. Is there a special way to install 64 bit my pspi folder plugins are working

Um... I don't understand, what are you speaking about?
page curl is already in GIMP 2.8 > https://docs.gimp.org/2.8/en/plug-in-pagecurl.html

Page curl 2.2 seems to be a Photoshop plugin... > http://www.avbros.com/english/pagecurlpro/index.html

You said "my pspi folder" What do you call "pspi"?

EDIT: OK I now understood, (I needed to do further searches) > https://akvis.com/en/tutorial/add-plugi ... lugins.php
It's said "even if using GIMP 64-bit. Make sure you use the 32-bit plugins!" .... So no 64

thanks ya'll i didn't notice there was a page curl. Guess I should of looked closer.

Filters -> Distorts -> Page Curl Was not working in Gimp 2.10 for a while, but back now.
Do not be put off by the default values, a bit over-the-top. A little bit of editing, unified transform is good. Use multiple layers one for each curl...etc.
