GIMP look very strange after press tab

Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: Basic Level
I feel now completely stupid. I have almost no experience in GIMP but when I accidentally press tab button it looks like this.
How can I get the tools back. I can't do anything. I am 68 and can't think.

Simply press TAB again
It's the switch to show/hide the docks
