1. Have you downloaded from here:

2. Did You replace the original script-fu.exe file in this exact location? (Your screenshots are welcome - it may help to solve the problem

Shame you could not (or did not) get the scrolling script-fu replacement working. It does make life easier.
However do not overlook the obvious, OK to apply has a hot key even if you can not see it. alt-o

It works!! Alt-o freakin' works! I combed the internet for a solution, there was no mention of that anywhere. I am back in business with BRL. Thank you to everyone for your help, very much appreciated.
