GIMP Version: 2.8
Operating System: Windows
OS Version: Windows 7
GIMP Experience: Beginner Level

Hi, when i try to open project i saved, i can't it says:
GIMP XCF image plug-In could not open image.
Why someone help me please

Try opening Gimp, then drag your xcf into it and see what happens. Did you save it with the dot before xcf and in low case?

I know how to save gimp files, all files work, except this project..

I mentioned dragging it in because that has also happened to me when I tried to open a saved xcf. Anyway, someone will probably come along with an answer.
