Hello friends,
Thank u so much for giving me so many ideas,tips, and fix solutions while using GIMP software.
Unfortunately still i wasnt successfully able to get the needed plugin.
If u dont mind, can someone pls send me the GIMP software(with important plugins such as Layer via Copy Cut & other similar plugins installed in it) via Google Drive to my email.
Pls dont mistake me, really needed so much of plugins & scripts to improve my skills in GIMP(Graphics)
I use Windows 7 32-bit computer & used GIMP 2.8.18

You have had plenty of good advice, here and another forum, so I suspect that there is a more basic problem. Might be something as basic as language settings, for example are you using any Asian character sets?

Use of scripts and plug-ins is a very individual thing. What is vital to me is not required by others so asking for a whole gimp profile on a system that might not be standard is of dubious value.

Since your regular Gimp is not working, at least for plugins, you could try a portable 32 bit Gimp. I re-packed the one from portableapps.com with some extra plugins. Layer-via-copy-cut.py, resynthesizer and heal selection, gmic + a couple of little scripts, grid-of-guides and auto-rotate.

This is a self-extracting archive, unpack it and run the portable gimp launcher. You will have to make your own shortcut.
