so I have to create a folder "WMF_Gimp-2.10_32-64bit_Plug-in" here?:

then paste all the contents of the uncompressed archive?
and for the 32 bit, the same?

2) To be able to use WMF clipart that is in a subfolder of the Windows Pictures folder, should you then move them into WMF_Gimp-2.10_32-64bit_Plug-in ?

Using samj 2.10.12 - V2 Goes like this:

Copy the 5 folders 32 / bin / include / lib / share from the plugin archive to the samj portable folder.

Files to replace? best guess is yes. [edit: the notes do say ...by overwriting the existing files: so replace is correct]

Does it work? - yes

An a bit more challenging - an old wmf

Does it break anything else? I do not know. Does it work with samj 2.10.13? I do not know.
