GIMP Version: 2.8.14 Operating System: Windows GIMP Experience: New User I've attached an image below that has a background pattern like a sun with rays. I used to make those but can't find the filter anymore? Does anyone know how to do it? I have Gimp 2.10.14. Thanks!

It's very strange: I have gmic, of course, but under Patterns there is no Rays choice. |

Update your filter cache, it should have 534 filters. |
