GIMP Version: 2.8.14 Operating System: Windows OS Version: 10 GIMP Experience: Basic Level List any ERROR messages you received: I Googled GIMP manual and found this. "GIMP comes with a built-in help system. Once you have started the program, press F1 for context-sensitive help. You may have to install the help pages from a separate package (gimp-help), depending on how your version of GIMP was packaged. The user manual for the GIMP 2.10 release is available in 17 languages." When I click the Help button it says I have not downloaded the manual. Would you pls share the link to a trusted source for downloading that manual? Must I then somehow tether that downloaded manual to GIMP? Once downloaded, how does one open that manual? Thank you. |

When I click Help it says The GIMP user manual is not installed in your language. |

There is also a manual online - you can use that if you do not want to download it but then you have to be on the internet all the time while you are using gimp if you need it. This is the English one. https://docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/. If I remember correctly there should also be a link in your Gimp to this site. |
