Hi my Friends. I'm trying to create a night winter scene with a day imagen and my question is; do you know any Filter that can do a night effect? Thank you in advance, always appreciate your help.

I don't use a script for that but the method is simple.
open this image

duplicate the layer and go filters/G'mic/graphic novel default mode if you want.
here the result.

Now set this layer layer on mode "Substraction" in french it's named "soustrait"
and that's all folks :

Hope it will help you

Fran6, I used your image, I hope you don't mind.

How about using the rgb curves (pushing down the red and the green one)?
The result is not realistic but it's a (3 clicks) start.

@Corvo It's a good method, and no filter is needed.

Conbagui this result is from a Script that will do it instantly but leave you with an adjustable layer (opacity)
to get the exact amount of light you want

Lessened the brightness then added contrast and got a moonlit night.Image

if you still prefer a "one click" solution you can install/try the attached script

Dinasset very nice script, I had to search hard to find one anywhere close, Conbagui this is the one I'd use in preference to the one I sent you.
Dinasset I'd change the name from test-night-adj to night-adj or moonlight-adj and the menu location to Script-Fu/Colors :bigthup
