I made some silhouette boat brushes and placed them in my brushes folder. I tried over and over and re-booted and the whole nice yards and when I go into brush sets all my other brushes in that same folder appear but not the boat brushes. Here is a screen shot of my brushes folder and the six brushes are hi-lited. Can someone tell me if they see something wrong here?
It is probably something easy but I sure can't figure it out. Thanks in advance.

The first thing I would do is open a brush in Gimp and export it.
Can you attach a few brushes for testing?

I opened one of them in Gimp and it opened right up.

I finally got them to work. When I made them I clicked the grayscale but when I tried to use the brushes, it kept putting a white background around them so obviously they wouldn't work. I tried 3 more times to make them grayscale and the same thing kept happening so I unchecked grayscale and used the RGB mode and now they are fine. I have never had that happen before.
Attached below if anyone wants to share them
