I'm making the picture about how the Chișinău city will look in the future.
How to properly embed the picture of the futuristic building, so the picture of the city will look as having the futuristic building?

How about something like this:

1. Start with a photo of the actual city.
2. Then grab some photo's of futuristic buildings.
3. Decide on a design for your futuristic building.
4. Paint your futuristic design onto the photo of the actual city on a new transparent layer.
5. Pick actual colours from your photo of Chisinau City to help blend in the colours and lighting.
