Dither pattern generator

GIMP Version: 2.8.14
Operating System: Linux
GIMP Experience: New User

I recently stumbled across a tutorial on using dither patterns in Blender: https://jessewerner.wordpress.com/2013/ ... dithering/

In this the author has around 30 dither patterns available for use (see below)

Is there a way, preferably a plugin, to automatically generate and export dither patterns?

Can't say that I'm aware of any script/plugin that does this. Maybe there's something within G'Mic that can do this?

If there is then I haven't come across it yet. If there is anyone that knows please share how to do it.

You can actually use Tran's Script-fu to apply textures to images. Might take a look at how he generates the textures to generate your own.
