OS Version: El Capitan 10.11.4
GIMP Experience: New User


Hello. Yesterday I upgrade my iMac mid 2011 to El Capitan version 4. Today when I try to open Gimp; Gimp got stuck.

Do you guys know how to solve that problem.

Hello Lurifax73, I'm running the same OSX version and the same Gimp version. Sometimes it hangs while looking for the fonts on your system - it takes a while. While it is looking for the fonts do not touch the track pad, mouse - anything; let it do it's thing. Eventually it will load. It won't take that much time the next time you open it up.
