GIMP Version: 2.8.14
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: New User


um, for example, I have a picture that is small in dimension (e.g. width and height)

if I scale it to 150% or 200% or 300% it will of course the quality/resolution/clearness of the picture will decrease.

Any plugin or magic to modify it to make it look better.

Sorry I don't have an example picture on hand now

The effectiveness of some processing is very dependent on the picture. Photos and CGI are very different cases.
