here's something I've made with select different area and paste to other area.

Very ugly work. I am not satisifed. I need to learn.

You first need to learn some of the basics,
before you can tackle something like this and have it look half way decent.

There are quite a few thing you would need to know,
or at least have some understand of.
To be able to do this.

Such as...
How to use Layer Masks
Scaling images
Moving images
Pasting images
Using the Clone tool
Understanding layers

You must take a look at some of the tutorials we have available.
Many of the tutorials in the link below cover some of the things mentioned above.

Kenny, I know your great interest to improve and do nice things in Gimp and you will do it. But if you let me some advice, start getting nice aims as a beginner, doing some easy tutorials. I'm sure they will help you to understand layers and useful tricks too. You will be able to get to manage yourself perfectly in Gimp soon. Also, you have in this forum many people ready to help. :)

Another thing. Before pasting the face of that man onto the other, (because of it's angle) I would horizontal select it. Then you can select - cut the face out - probably with a ellipse select and blend seamlessly (You will find this in G'MIC under layers). I also touched up some other areas with the heal brush but you may learn to do more.
This could be better

Yeah I used the G'MIC plugin.
G'MIC can be downloaded from http://gmic.eu/gimp.shtml
Then to do what i did.
Cut out the face you want and paste it on top of the person you want.
Make the pasted floating selection a new layer.
Move this layer or transform it to fit the person's head.
Right click the layer, then "Layer to image size" it.
Then open up Filters/G'MIC/
while inside G'MIC, pick Layers/Blend[Seamless]
while inside G'MIC, for Input/Output, for the first dropdown, select "All Visibles"... then click "OK"
and you'll have what i have
