Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: New User


I can't figure out how to post xcf to gimpchat, I see other folk do it but when I try I get the extension not allowed message? What am I missing?

As far as I know there is only one way. As an attachment
If it is a large file, you may need to zip it first.

You will only have a link in your post but people will be able to download it and view in their gimp.

Also rather than using .xcf extension, Save as File Type, .xcf.bz2 or .xcf.gz.
