Is there a manager for Plug-ins? Since our Script coders have been very prolific over the last year, my list of plug-ins has grown quite long. Any program out there to manage them? If not, how do you manage them?

Group your plug-ins into subfolders, play with Edit/Preferences to add/remove subfolders.
I use this method, maybe someone else knows another one better.

Plug-ins are different from the rest of the add-ons in that 1) they have to be present at Gimp start time and 2) Gimp will call them to register (if they look different from what Gimp has last registered), so you cannot really make a manager for them.

You can spread them over several directories and add/remove the directories in Edit>Preferences>Folders>Plug-ins. Me, I have a couple of directories added to the Gimp path, and use soft links to include/remove scripts (of which I have vast collections at various bugginess levels). But this requires Unix-styles filesystems (Linux or OSX...).
