Maybe the binary is what isn't working for you.

I wish it would work for me :/

I have the Themes you gave me placed into my Share>Theme folder, but in that location I also have some folders that contain just a GTKRC file in there, and those ones I can get to work by Going to Edit>Preferences>Themes in GIMP, I also see the themes you gave me in that location, but they just look like default for me.

I have no idea what the Binary is sorry

I have reverted back to the other way that still works, I still have all of your things installed, just it is showing me the themes that i have just a folder with the GTKRC file in it.

I forgot to mention this. After I installed your packaging, the loading bar when starting GIMP Turned Red instead of being Black with the Theme before. Is this a good sign?

yeah I have that going on, I think it is because of the fact that I have the GTRKC file in Themes Folder for GIMP Running through GIMP's Preference menu and your script working
How do I fix this?

Did you make a backup of your gtkrc like in the install directions says to do?
Then replace the one of mine with the backup.
Make sure and set your path again with Edit/Pref/Themes back to the way you had it.
If you did not create a backup gtkrc file just delete everything in the gtkrc file and restart Gimp - it will rewrite the file.
Also go into your bin folder and remove the binary you were supposed to place there. It auto executes when Gimp starts.
You can leave the themes folders and DLL files where they are they won't hurt anything.

I am fine with having two Themes running at once, I was hoping to get your Theme switcher to work.

It should as long as you
placed the binary in your - \GIMP-yourversion\bin - folder
placed all the engine DLL files in the - \GIMP-yourversion\lib\gtk-2.0\2.10.0\engines - folder
placed all the theme folders in the \GIMP-yourversion\share\themes - folder
placed the gtkrc i added to the install in your - \GIMP-yourversion\etc\gtk-2.0
and in your user\.gimp-2.yourversion\ - folder

And made sure to make backups of your gtkrc files before replacing them.
ie .. rename them to gtkrc_backup

Then restart gimp - gimp should then fire the gtkrc file i included in the install.

Then all you will need to do is remove the # (comment out) mark in the gtkrc file included to use a certain theme.
