I took a picture of Paul Newman, used all kinds of filters and turned it into a very cool looking 'wanted' poster from the old west. But he had incredible blue eyes that are in the original photo. The poster would be stunning with those blue eyes while everything else looks really vintage and old. What is the best way to do that? I don't know what to look for or I would start searching? The only thing I can think of is to erase everything on the original and then use it as an overlay but that seems clumsy. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Sounds like a layer mask might be just what the doctor ordered.
Do you know how to use layer masks?
