I've got a beautiful photo of Ozzy and Randy on stage but the problem is the watermarks that are on it. I'd like to remove those. Never done this so I don't know how. Does The Gimp have the tools that will allow me to do this?
I don't think a simple clone stamp is gonna work here. I have to remove words that run across the photo.
A Watermarked image is done to either protect the original image,
or to make it harder to copy the item/image.
When adding a watermark to a photo.
This sends a clear signal,
that this photo should not be copied/used without consent.
If you don't have consent to use this image.
I would suggest you find a different photo/image to work with.
