Hello!
It's been a small while since my last visit but I've been playing around in GIMP on my own. Two days ago, I hit some shortcut (not sure which keystrokes did me in since my fingers sometimes do their own thing) that made my docks disappear. I would like to get them back since they make it much easier to do anything in the program.
While I have tried fixing this by looking around online and playing with buttons, nothing worked. Things I have tried include:
- toggle Single Window Mode
- tried returning them to their place with "Dockable Dialogs >> Tool Options"
- toggled Single Window Mode again
- updated GIMP from v2.8.14 (I think) to v2.8.20
- toggled Single Window Mode again and tried the Dockable Dialogs again
Nothing seems to work. I can get the Dialogs to show when not in Single Window Mode but I don't like to have them floating around especially when I'm working on a bigger project. They get hidden or hide things themselves.
Any help, tips, or tricks would be appreciated. Thanks.
