Hello,

After updating Gimp 2.8.x to 2.10.2, i encountered this issue :
When doing almost every action, for example select pencil tool by clicking on the small icon,
the entire UI seems to be 'frozen'. Clicking everywhere doesn't do anything.
The only active area is the one of the small icon . When the cursor is hover it, the tool-tip appears. When i double-click in an other area, the borders of the pencil panel are highlighting, a little like if it was a priority window to validate. But i can't interact with it or anything else.
