The error is pointing to a pspi filter,
which is a ptotoshop filter of some kind.

Did you remove the previous Gimp User Folders
from it's location?

If not,
move the previous Gimp User Folder,
to a different location.
Then restart/launch Gimp 2.10.10 again.
Moving the previous Gimp User Folder.
Will ensure,
that the new installation,
does not utilize any of the previous resources,
from the old Gimp User Folders.

The 2.10 User Folders,
should be located at:
C:> User > Your User Name > AppData > Roaming > GIMP > 2.10

Note: The AppData folder,
is a hidden folder.
You will need to "Show Hidden files, folders, and drivers".
To access the AppData folder.

Image
Be sure to place a check mark in the Hidden Items box.

If you want a clean installation of 2.10.10,
you will need to remover everything,
associated with your previous Gimp installation.

This includes moving the previous Gimp User Folder,
from it's location.
Doing this,
will save any of the resources within the folder,
for later use.

It is suggested that you uninstall the previous version and not override. If you have the old version, do not delete the old Gimp profile folder ".gimp-2.8", in case want to go back. There is a few plugins (.exe) that won't install right with this new version. So you're going to find a substitute for it. For the third party .py and .scm that not comparable you need to fix them with Tim's "Constantize plugin". You can find the description and the install at gimplearn.net: https://gimplearn.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2097. I hope this help.

the problem now is that I have erased everything that has to do with gimp from my computer.
but while deleting with an uninstaller I had forgotten the folder with all my plug-ins and brushes and patterns etc .... have all been deleted.
now i have to start all over again,I have therefore downloaded gimp 2.10.10 but that gives the problem that there are more than 100 items that are not found.
Image
is it then not possible to download a complete gimp 2.10.10,or do I have to fill in all those access points myself?

maybe a stupid question!! can I take over a complete gimp version of someone because that is all a bit of latin or algebra for me.

I'm not sure,
what you mean when you said,
"take over a complete gimp version"

I believe,
that these messages are being given,
due to left over plug-ins and scripts for your previously installed Gimp.

There must still be a profile folder present,
from the previous Gimp installation.

If you search your computer for this file
voronoi-path.exe
The search results my reveal,
or show you other left over items.

I would suggest doing this search before installing Gimp 2.10. [/b]

Is your new Gimp installation,
working without error messages?

If you search your system for the file causing the error.

Image

Once you find the file,
move it to a different location and restart Gimp,
to see if the error for that file still shows during launch.

Try to reset you pluginrc. Go to your new Gimp 2.10 profile folder and at the bottom there is a file by the name "pluginrc". Delete the file and once you start Gimp this file will reset all your plugins. Don't worry Gimp will recreate this file again as it reset.

today we try to solve the problem!!

Image
above my gimp folders,I opened them one by one to search for the requested access points.

Image

I searched for voronoi-path.exe and also to resynthesizer.exe, but I did not find them.

Image

the program says,QUERYNG NEW PLUG-INS (a hundred access points )
so I think these plug-ins etc ... are not yet in the folders so they cannot be found.
I am afraid that I will have to add a lot of data myself, unless there is someone with a direct solution to the problem.

When I first time installed Gimp 2.10 on Windows, I also got into huge conflict problems.
That is because even if you uninstall 2.8, your personal folder won't be deleted.
The 2.10 installer copies your 2.8 personal folders (weird choice from devs in my opinion), from the User/.gimp-2.8 to the
C:/Users/YourUserName/AppData/Roaming/GIMP/2.10 (This is the location of 2.10 personal folder where you should install all resources)

You have to remove the conflicting files from that folder.
Here's how I cleaned the mess. Removed the old .gimp-2.8 folder from users to another location (external HDD backups).
Deleted everything from C:/Users/YourUserName/AppData/Roaming/GIMP/2.10
Then, as you launch Gimp again, it should run without errors.
Now you can start adding resources to the new user folder. But keep in mind, that you have to use plug-ins that work.
There are many versions of .exe plug-ins and they are not all compatible with 2.10.
Some play well, but there may be interface oddities like sliders not showing up.

Good luck with 2.10 :bigthup

The images you uploaded are too small for me to read.
Any error message given,
will contain the names of files,
for which the error was created.
If voronoi-path.exe and resynthesizer.exe files are not present.
There would not be an error containing these files names.

I agree.
This is the correct procedure for cleaning up.

I have everything but then everything !!!! cleaned up
I have copied everything I have found to an external USB stick
then I have completely erased the gimp 2.10.10 and reinstalled again.
I started the program, fingers crossed and it runs perfectly without errors.
now i can slowly add new brushes and other stuff to restart as before.
I am now a satisfied man

It's better to re-name the old version .gimp-2.8 to .gimp-2.8.old before they install the newer 2.10 version. Then to Copy and Paste all the folders. I found out that the old file pluginrc is different in the new Gimp 210 and if you let let the new version copy the old version most of the .exe plugins won't work.

Glad to hear gimper66!
@Pocholo, yes you can also rename it. That's technically same thing than taking it to another location so that it won't be scanned.
Palettes, gradients and patterns are very safe to copy/paste into their new location. Most scripts that you may want to use need to be fixed, python plug-ins have the best compatibility.
