Hello
I am very new to GIMP. I would like to know if there is a way for me to access GIMP's API so that I can access tips from "Tip Of The Day" feature and have them displayed on my phone. Could you please help me on how to go about it?

AFAIK no API but all the tips are in /usr/share/gimp/2.0/tips/gimp-tips.xml (or the equivalent place in Windows/OSX).
