lines? out of control whenever i draw

OS Version: windows 7

hello

these lines appear after sometime using the gimp.until that time everything works fine, pressure and offset, but for unknown reason it starts to draw those line every time i put my pen to tablet.it does not matter at what point i click it makes such lines rapidly nonetheless.

Unfortunately,
the image you linked to.
Has the Tool Options cut off,
which would have given us a clue.
As to what might be causing this.

here, as you requested.i had to wait the problem to occur again.by the way i can't use my mouse with my tablet pen i mean if i draw with the pen i cant do it with the mouse.

I can't recreate this anomaly.
You can try and reset the Preferences,
back to their default values.
To see if this has any effect.

Go to Edit>Preferences and click on the Reset button.
