I've had to migrate to a different PC, lost flash drives, etc. so I ask for your understanding.

I wanted to have help files/functions.

I understand this will copy the Help system to my GIMP installation,
no need to go online to access it.

If I remember correctly, you also have to adjust GIMP's settings
to use the installed manual rather than the online one.

Can you please share what GIMP settings I need to modify (and where) after I've downloaded the above .exe file?
