When I try to get the image name (not the layer(s) name(s)) from an image, if that image is the one opened from a folder, I can get it, IIRC something like "[name] (imported)", but when the image is one newly created, even by duplicating the original, I can "Untitle".
I didn't find a way to assign a name to an image (only to each single layer).
Am I missing something?
Or is it a deliberate missing function in Gimp?
Thanks.
