Would you please share the trustworthy link to GIMP 2.8.2 for Windows 10?

GIMP- ver 2.10.14 has not produced the results I've needed as 2.8.2 did.

Why would you install 2.8.2, and not the latest version of 2.8 series that is 2.8.22?
It has all the bug fixes and enhancements...

Will there be a problem for me to run both 2.8 AND 2.10.14 on the same laptop?

You can only have one version of GIMP installed on your system.
If you want to have multiple versions of GIMP available on your computer.
You will need to use the portable versions.
