GIMP Version: 2.10.20
Operating System: Windows
OS Version: 10
GIMP Experience: Intermediate Level

List any relevant plug-ins or scripts:
none

List any ERROR messages you received:
none


Tool options is lagging, the selection in the background moves and everything, I can't zoom when my screen locks up and I have to reuse the pencil without moving it or it freezes again, I'm super frustrated and have no idea how to fix, sorry for the short description, I just want to leave it and come back later, has anyone else had this issue?

Often times it's software running in the background, that might be causing this issue.
If you are running software, to enhance your windows 10 experience.
This could be causing issues.
However, this is conjecture on my part, given your description of the issue.
