Hi guys! In have 120 anime frames with Plain colors and no fades
I wish to build A common palette. I have to manually open each image and pick each colour?
Second step will be indexing and apply my palette with specific colors. Thank you

By frames I assume you mean images (and not layers).

Use “File > Open As Layers” and open all 120 images. You will have 120 layers.

Use “Image > Mode > Indexed” and set the required number of colours (max 256).

Do “Windows > Dockable Dialogues > Colormap”. Select a colour in the colormap and edit it. Or you can use the Color Pick Tool to select a colour in image. That colour will be selected in the colormap.
