Operating System: Mac OS
GIMP Experience: Intermediate Level


Cursor Locked NOT FloatingAnchor
Mac 2.8.14
I want to  be able to move the **** layer (after I had just rotated then resized) & this *** cursor is making me curse....
Thanks folks!
And if you want YouTube views, PUT Errors like this as your thumbnails!!!

Go to the "Move tool" options and set the option marked on the image to; Layer.

Ps The second option will move a "Selection" and the third option will move a "Path", if you have either
