I have an image that my html file points to.
In GIMP I set the image map to jump to an external link when that section of the image is clicked.
It worked fine - until I set the image to width = "100%"

I'm guessing that GIMP defined specific coordinates on the image as linkable.
Is there a way to make that relative coordinates - or other way so the image will always show as 100% while maintaining the links as defined on the image?

Thanks!

It's not Gimp. Gimp produces a 90s era magemap, but the web has moved on. You need to use a different technique. See this for instance.

thanks! that was So helpful to me
I also did a lot of playing around with it, and digging and found the site researchasahobby
which shows how to do it on inkscape (Free) and with no coding (I'd include the full and specific link but the site doesn't allow me to as a newcomer)

thanks!
