Does anyone have an idea to create something like this?
I once used this with Adobe photoshop.
If it's a brush I'm already satisfied

You can use Filters > Noise > Spread.

Used a diamond dust pattern, and masked with rose template I have. I then ran Local Orientation on just the mask and merged that result with the diamond dust to give it some dimension. Then noise spread the result and desaturated. Still not piled enough for my taste but if it wasn't 2:28am my time, I might come up with a better solution. lol

:)

Using a bumpmap for the overall shape and some HSV noise for the graininess:

For the expectation I had when I decided to try this, it wasn't so bad, but far from the result I would have liked.
Spread in stroke, bump map, whitenoise pattern was basically what I used for this.
I think I was wrong when choosing the white color for the font. Perhaps a lighter shade of gray would have been better.

OK; used G'MIC's local orientation to add some dimension to the mask and then grainmerged my diamond dust pattern before noise spread step. Did some whitening and sharpening enhancements as well. :)

I think this would be an easy task for Customs Fonts experts; Skinnyhouse and Alan.
But I gave it another try...

OK; sugar this time. lol

Most fun I had in months. Anyway, wanted bigger grains so used a hypertufa texture instead of diamond dust one. Also added a bit of sparkle (subtle) since I could. :)

I also liked this plugin (Ash) with the use of blur and bumpmap!
I did omit a layer.
