UPDATE: FIXED
I had to uninstall my tablet software (i;e Gaomon) then reinstall. Did a few tests and restarted, still works after restart.

GIMP Version: 2.10.30
Operating System: Windows
OS Version: 21H1
GIMP Experience: New User

List any ERROR messages you received:
Parse_DevicesW:data size error
Parse_DevicesA:data size error

Recently I've attempted to open Gimp 2.10.30 and have gotten errors for:

Parse_DevicesW:data size error
Parse_DevicesA:data size error

When I press "OK" it just continues to pop up and GIMP will not open, only stays in the startup screen.

After testing around I've come to the conclusion that it only occurs when the pressure writing is working on my Gaomon PD1161 pen.
I've attempted to go back a few GIMP updates and I get the same issue. After multiple restarts, uninstalling/reinstalling, etc. I can't seem to find a fix.

Probably has to do with the most recent Windows update

There are several known issues in this update, including one in which system and user certificates might be lost when updating a device from Windows 10 version 1809 or later to a later version of Windows 10. Devices using Windows Update for Business or that connect directly to Windows Update are not impacted.

Attempted both options but sadly no fix. It is possible it may be Win10 update related. I just checked and found I have a few updates ready to install. I'll install and let y'all know what happens.

Thank you for the assistance.

*UPDATE*
Updated some items and still no fix. I suppose until a fix is found I'll need to work without pressure control. :(
