GIMP Version: 2.8.24

OS Version: 10
GIMP Experience: Intermediate Level

I've created various custom curves over the years and saved them as presets to use over and over so I can get reproducible effects. I also like to save a backup for when this computer dies so that I can put them into my next Gimp. But when I go to the curves folder, only half of them are there. This is where I'm looking:

Users>>[name]>>AppData>>Roaming>>GIMP>>2.10>>curves

I can't find another curves folder. Any idea where else to look?

[The saved presets exist within GIMP, because when I open the curves dialogue, they are there to use.]

Thank you!

So I just save a copy of this GimpCurvesConfig.settings file, and when I have a new version of Gimp, I paste it into this folder, and that will give me the access to these newer presets?

Or is the real lesson that I failed to export some of my curve presets? I'm going to do that now. Thank you!

Be sure to follow Rod's suggestion of pasting new curve settings into the gimp curve settings file.
